WORDS MAKE THE
WORLD GO ‘ROUND
Think about it.
Words are behind our favorite TV shows, movies, songs, and books. They have the power to break systemic barriers, bridge understanding across cultures, and build movements.
That’s not by accident. When used appropriately, words are one of the greatest competitive advantages you will ever develop. It’s how you get people to believe in your vision, invest in your mission, and follow your lead.
Whether you’re leading a meeting, building a brand, writing a book, stepping onto a stage, or shaping a legacy, your ability to communicate well matters.
And your story is where it all begins.
Women who are changing the world
are those who communicate their stories with mastery.
IT STARTED WITH A CALLING
At approximately five feet tall and eight feet wide is a wooden bookshelf that holds some of my most treasured possessions.
My personal library has grown to mean more to me than most things in this world, so much so that if you were to catch me running barefoot out of a burning building, best believe I’d have at least three coveted titles wrapped tightly in my arms.
Yes, it’s that deep.
In fact, when furnishing my family home, my bookshelf was one of the very first things I considered. Everything else was designed around it. My love for reading stretches far beyond entertainment. Through books, I’ve traveled the world, formed new perspectives, discovered unlikely connections, and gained knowledge that has shaped both my personal and professional lives.
THE MISSING KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS IS A WELL-TOLD STORY
There are no coincidences.
If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re likely building something meaningful. And somewhere along the way, you’ve realized that what you’ve built will only take you so far. How you talk about it is what makes people stop and listen.
That’s where I come in.
I partner with leaders and doers who are shaping the future and taking an unconventional route to success.
Clients Hire Me To Do Three Things:
GHOSTWRITE STORIES THAT MOVE PEOPLE.
In 2017, I founded a women-led, full-service ghostwriting agency comprised of content ninjas who are responsible for some of the most talked-about pop culture moments, books, and noteworthy speeches.
We specialize in impact-driven storytelling that moves the needle.
MAKE ROOMS AROUND THE WORLD LEAN IN, EVERY TIME.
I help top leaders tell stories better. From big stages to 1:1 consulting, I’m a sought-after public speaker who has spent over a decade leading the most important conversations and ensuring that no one is left behind.
Whether I’m speaking to an auditorium of changemakers or a classroom of the next big thinkers, my mission is to meet every audience where they are and guide them to somewhere better.
BE THE STRATEGIC MIND BEHIND THE MESSAGES THAT MATTER.
The most influential leaders have someone in their corner decoding their ideas.
I am also a Fractional Chief Communications Officer (CCO); your on-call partner for shaping narratives, steering through crises, and scaling your communications strategy so you can 10x your impact.

You Can’t Be Too Cool, Embarrassed or Consumed By The Fear of Being Seen
Promote your shit! I wrote my first book, Everything I Couldn’t Tell My Mother, in 2014 and it continues to be a source of income for me to this very day. This is because I take advantage of every moment I’m given (even some I boldly take) to talk about it;...
I’m Turning a Blind Eye to the Pressures Often Placed on Moms to Bounce Back
I came sooo close to taking the easy way out with my weight loss journey, but I had to check myself. Quick! For those of you who’ve been following me for a while, you’re probably used to me documenting every aspect of my life, especially my workouts. But after having...
I’m The “Solution-Oriented” Friend. We All Need Them.
“Are you looking for advice or a listening ear? I’m here for you, so either option is okay with me.” These were the words I offered a friend during one of our recent conversations. She was at a bit of a stalemate with a business venture and wanted an ear (and...
Never Be Afraid To Ask The Uncomfortable Question About Money
Quick Tip: Never be afraid to ask the uncomfortable question; especially when your money is involved. A few months ago, I was tapped to speak at an event that I was immediately excited to be part of. The organization was one I admired, and the event in question spoke...
The Six Year Client: An Old School “Door to Door Salesman” Approach to My Sales Strategy
I opened my inbox this morning to confirmation that I’d finally closed a book deal with a client I first met on a prospect call six years ago. 2190 days ago. In 2020, a mutual friend connected us when he was seeking assistance with a memoir he hoped to have...
Bidding Adieu to Forbes
Change is inevitable, but that doesn’t mean it’s always embraced with openness and courage. It pulls at the seams of who you once believed yourself to be, and asks questions you don’t quite have the answers to yet: Who am I in this season of my life? What do I do with...
