Pauleanna Reid is a nationally published journalist, motivational speaker, celebrity fashion stylist and mentor. Through a whirlwind of inspirational lectures, round table discussions and media appearances (Rogers Television, MTV Canada, Global Television), she positively influences, challenges and reconnects youth with their passions. Pauleanna uses incredible wit and candor to empower women & girls. She provides the necessary tools to help her audience prioritize their lives and execute personal growth and leadership skills. Having overcome her own personal and professional obstacles, her powerful story-telling encourages this generation to face their challenges and conquer them. Pauleanna’s career as a professional writer has opened doors to a wide range of subject matter such as: business & finance, health, female empowerment, fashion & music, lifestyle, travel, politics and world issues. Pauleanna successfully owns and operates La’ Brown Styles; an image consulting company est. in 2007. Her team of elite stylists services clients based in both Los Angeles and Toronto through personal shopping, image consulting & wardrobe styling. Pauleanna has appeared as a style expert on Rogers Television and TV Tropolis. She has worked with many of today’s top celebrity fashion photographers and plans to continue using her creativity and unique fashion sensibility to develop the ultimate customer experience.
Adding yet another role to her growing empire, Pauleanna is the creative director and brand ambassador for Beladara Virgin Hair Company, which offers high-end, quality hair additions and specializes in both remi and virgin remi hair extensions. As she explores this new business venture, she not only encompasses publicity and promotion for the brand, but most importantly helps females across North America discover their true beauty both inside and out.
Pauleanna’s hobbies include learning foreign languages, volunteering, reading, playing sports, shopping and listening to music. She also has an extensive athletic background in both competitive swimming and soccer and is currently studying French. Pauleanna continues to dream big. Her goals include: extending her work into international projects, gracing the prestigious TEDx stage and making her splash as a first-time author with a position on the New York Times best sellers list. She is savvy, successful and a self-taught renaissance woman who breathes life into her passions every day.
